Anyone who knows about my work in the area of personal power and self improvement also knows that I always recommend taking the fast track to these goals through the medium of meditation. It is by far the quickest way to develop self awareness and self realization, and these are of course, the cornerstones of personal power.
One of the things that impressed me most about Matt Clarkson's approach is the fact that he provides you with many different meditation techniques, which makes a great deal of sense because in the real world most of us are different, and not every solution will work with everyone. This gives you the flexibility to choose the one that works for you.
Another point on the plus side is the contemperary nature of these techniques, they are obviously designed for busy people on the go and are multi faceted in their use. Meditation is a very powerful tool, but this tool can be used to achieve many different objectives. While for me it is a great tool for acheiving personal power, for others it may be fine just to address stress or anxiety issues.
The 'Secrets of Meditation, Energy and Manifestation' is a great introduction to meditation, breathing, energy work and manifestation. It is ideal for those who are interested in meditation, self-growth and personal development as well as those suffering from stress, anxiety or depression.
The only criticism I found with this product is the same criticism that applies to all meditation products. Meditation seems to be incompatible with a world obsessed with instant gratification. In such a world, patience is not a popular characteristic, yet patience is part of the investment we must make in order to realize success with meditation. No investment, no return.
Meditation can be the gateway to the realization of our infinite potential, the key to the door that leads to endless possibilities. We need only to make a personal investment of time and practice to reveal the rich abundance of life that is our birthright.
All in all I found Matt Clarkson's work really fresh and innovative. He brings a new perspective to a very old concept and new perspectives bring the possibility of new perceptions and insights. Also, I liked the flexibility and variety of techniques and the down to earth practical approach targeted to todays busy world. This one is a winner!
